I was driving from Toronto to Ottawa when I noticed my front right tire losing air. I came across this tire shop, which had excellent reviews, and decided to stop by as a walk-in. Matthew listened to my concern and assured me they’d get me back on the road as soon as possible. Jacob, the technician, took great care of my car and quickly resolved the issue. They brought in my car around 8:50 AM, and I was out by 9:30 AM. The service was fast, efficient, and honest. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Just pure quality work at a fair price. If only I live a little closer to this shop, I’ll make it my regular go-to service shop. Overall, excellent service!
Winter tires were put on 2 weeks ago and the staff was super friendly. When I took my vehicle in for the tire change I noticed that morning I was missing a tire valve cap, which I was going to replace later that day after my appt. To my surprise they put a new one on for me! It may be standard practice for this shop, I'm not sure, but our experience last year at another shop, was not the same. (All 4 caps were missing when we picked it up from a different shop) it's the little things. :)
I have been a customer for over 10 years, and have always been happy with the service. However, this year I am thrilled. I left my winter tire changeover later than I should have, and ended up in a pickle. In the midst of the first big snowstorm of the year ( not here, but where I have to drive ), I called in and explained my predicament. The folks at Northumberland Tirecraft suggested I drop my vehicle and they would “see what they could do.” By mid-afternoon they had my snow tires on, and now I can safely make my journey. Thank you to EVERYONE at NTC- you are literally lifesavers!
Went today and got four new tires and they also took two of our old tires out in rims for us to give us spare tires. Service was amazing prices fantastic!!! Customer service outta this world !!!! Mathew at the front desk super guy and treated us great will be back again when we need more service ty for the great service!!
These guys and girls! Recently installed and balanced tires on my car!! All I can say is WOW!! FAST! EASY! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANOMINAL! 35 min and my car was put of the shop ready to go!
Went in for rear brakes and when they called to let me know my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up. As soon as I applied the brakes, the pedal went all the way to the floor. I went back in and the guy working the counter proceeded to tell me it was like that when I brought it in. It most certainly was not. They then tried to tell me it was likely because my front brakes were bad too. Again...not. I left the vehicle there and they called about an hour later and said they had to bleed all 4 brakes again and the problem was solved. The proceeded to tell me that the rear brakes they replaced didn't have much air in the lines but my front brakes did....again....a lie. I would have noticed long ago if this was the case. My guess is when they replaced the calipers on the rear, they forgot to bleed the brake lines. The issue was resolved, but the customer service is horrible and I will never go there again. I recommend finding someplace that knows what they're doing. The fact that they were willing to let me drive away with air in my brake lines...is kind of pathetic.
